Ingredients

• 1 ounce gin
• 1 ounce Gerwuztraminer, a sweet German wine
• 1/2 ounce St. Germain
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
• Dash of orange bitters
• Dash of Peychaud's Bitters

Shake all ingredients, and serve in a martini glass with a lemon twist.
