Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked or uncooked
- 1 1/4 lbs Sirloin
- Can water chestnuts
- Bean sprouts
- Crinkle cut carrots
- Asparagus
- Snow Peas
- Red Bell Pepper, julienned
- Can Pineapple
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Veggies of choice

Preparation
Step 1
Have the meat partially to completely frozen, you can cut against the grain into thin 1/8 inch slices, or less! Carrots and asparagus probably will need to be quickly blanched in a pot of rapidly boiling water, then quickly plunged into ice cold water to retain the vibrant colors. Finish as needed.
