Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 ground cumin
  • 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 2 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lime
  • 3-4 sprigs of cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

1.Put all ingredients into food processor.
2.Pulse until desired consistency.
3.Let stand on the counter for at least 1 hour before serving or storing.
4.Serve at room temperature.
5.Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
