Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts without skin, cubed
- 1 package Onion Soup mix
- 2 green peppers, cut in 1/2" pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Garlic
- 3 teaspoons Corn Starch
- 8 Green Onions, cut in 1/2" pieces
- 3 Celery Stalk, cut in 1/2" pieces
- 3/4 cup Cold Water
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Step 1
Combine chicken, soup mix, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic and 1 teaspoon corn starch. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 20 minutes. In remaining oil cook peppers and cellery on high heat for 3 minutes, add onions, cook 2 minutes. Remove from pan, add chicken and cook 3 minutes. In a small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce, corn starch, water and sugar. Put everything back in the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
