- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup TVP
- 2 T garlic powder
- 2 T onion powder
- 3 T Old Bay seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a large glass or metal bowl using your hands works best. When all ingredients are thoroughly mixed divide into two parts.
Spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray and press half of mixture into each of the pans.
Place into oven on shelf in middle of oven rack and bake for about 1 hour.
One ounce of meatloaf = one ounce Greysheet protein.
