Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients

  • 5 ozs. Bittersweet chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter (sweet cream, unsalted)
  • Orange extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450° . Melt butter and chocolate, let cool. Whisk eggs, egg yolks. Then whisk in sugar. Add chocolate mixture. Add extract to taste. Pour into a pot pie pan. Bake 11-14 minutes until inside is still molten. Take out of oven, turn upside down onto plate and serve with ice cream.
