Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dipping for Bread

Ingredients
- 1 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 Tbs dried basil ( i used italian seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4-5 clove garlic, minced (i used 1 tbs minced garlic)
- crusty french bread

Preparation
Step 1
1 In a 2 cup, glass measuring cup, combine oil, vinegar, cheese, seasoning and garlic. Stir.
Pour into a container with a lid.
Shake to blend ingredients.
2 Pour mixture into small, shallow bowls or rimmed plates.
Slice bread and dip into oil to eat.
