Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dipping for Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 Tbs dried basil ( i used italian seasoning)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4-5 clove garlic, minced (i used 1 tbs minced garlic)
  • crusty french bread

Preparation

Step 1

1 In a 2 cup, glass measuring cup, combine oil, vinegar, cheese, seasoning and garlic. Stir.
Pour into a container with a lid.
Shake to blend ingredients.

2 Pour mixture into small, shallow bowls or rimmed plates.
Slice bread and dip into oil to eat.
