Ingredients
- 6 large kale leaves – I used 1/2 of a small bunch of kale
- 1 large green pepper with stem and seeds removed = 6-8 oz.
- 1 ex-large unpeeled cucumber close to 12 0z.
- 1 inch slice of pineapple with core and rind removed
