Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 ounces framboise lambic (Belgian raspberry beer)
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Step 1

In a champagne flute or coupe glass, mix the champagne and lambic. Garnish with a raspberry or two and serve immediately.
