    pound Roast, trimmed and cut into thin slices

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp pepper

  • 3

    tbs Butter

  • 1

    tbs Olive Oil

  • 2

    tbs flour

  • 1

    Cup Beef Broth

  • 1

    small Onion sliced thin

  • 6

    tbs Sour Cream

  • 1

    package Egg Noodles


Cut Beef into strips, sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. melt 1 tbs butter in pan, blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth. stir and cook until smooth. In a separate pan melt remaining butter and Olive oil, add meat and onions, cook until meat is browned. Add meat and onions to beef sauce, cover and cook on low for 10 minutes. Stir in Sour Cream, do not boil. Stir over buttered noodles.
