Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cans cold beer
- Chicken

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put all ingredients plus chicken in covered plastic container. Chill 8 hours but no more than 24
2. Remove chicken, rinse and pat dry. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Chill uncovered 1 hour to dry it out
3. Place chicken on grill, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes turning once or twice
4. Brush with marinade or barbecue sauce the last 2 or 3 minutes
