Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean boneless pork
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tbsp. chicken broth or water
- 1 tbsp. each chopped dried appricots and walnuts
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. dry ginger
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. stir fry vegetables

Step 1
Slice pork across grain into 1/8" strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger for 10 minutes. Heat oil in heavy skillet until hot. Add pork and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes, until pork is no longer pink. Add vegetables (unthawed) and the chicken broth or water. Stir mixture, cover and steam for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are heated through but still crisp tender. Serve over hot noodles or rice. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
