  • 2 heads cauliflower, steamed
  • Chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 1 bag slaw mix
  • 2 eggs
  • chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Steam caulif and "rice it".
Saute chicken in EVOO and ginger.'
Deglaze pan with broth.
Add raw coleslaw mix.
Cook for few minutes.
Add cauliflower. Move to edges and pam spray. Add 2 eggs and mushrooms.
