Ingredients

• Peel eggplant, slice 1/2 inch or larger.

Preparation

Step 1

Salt cut eggplant and let sit to drain water. Rinse and dry.

Put on cookie sheet coated with Pam and garlic powder.

Cook 400 for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 10 more minutes.
