Ingredients
- 1 can beef broth - (10 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 jars small whole mushrooms - (8 oz ea) plus the juice
- from one of the jars or cans
- 1/3 cup Burgundy wine
Preparation
Step 1
Place the beef broth in a saucepan and simmer the onion for 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
