Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb beef cut in small pieces
- 1/8 cup of flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 5 small potatoes
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 pkg. Frozen or small can of peas
- 1/2 cup red wine

Step 1
Shake beef cubes in a sack with flour, salt, and pepper. Brown meat in butter with onion, paprika, sugar, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. When, brown don't let it stick add water and tomato juice. Let it simmer for one hour. Add potatoes, carrots, and peas. Cook covered for 25 minutes until vegetables are done. Five minutes before serving add 1/2 cup of wine.
