Ingredients

  • 3 1/2

    cups flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4

    cup oil 1 egg 1 or 2 pkg yeast

  • 1 1/4

    cup warm water

Directions

In a large bowl, put flour, sugar, salt, and oil. Put warm water and egg in hole in the middle. Add yeast and mix and kneed in more flour until easy to handle. Raise 1 hour, punch down and raise 1 hour. Roll dough into sort of a rectangle. Put 1/3 stick of butter or margarine melted, about 1 cup sugar, and cinnamon sprinkled over rolled dough. Roll up and cut into about I inch pieces. In 9 X 13 pan, melt 2/3 stick margarine or butter, 2 T corn syrup, 1 cup brown sugar, and 2 T milk. Cook slowly til bubbly. Can add pecans and stir in. Put rolls in and put in refrigerator overnight. Take out of refrig about 2 hours before baking at 350' for 25 a 30 minutes.
