Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbl lemon juice
- 1 Pinch Cayenne
- 2 Tbl chopped cornichon
- 1 Tbl chopped capers
- 1 Tbl chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- To make Cajun Remoulade, add;
- 1 Tbl horseradish
- 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire

Combine the above ingredients in a bowl and serve on the side of fish or crab cakes.
