- 1 cup butter, soften
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar.
Blend in milk and vanilla.
Add flour, pecans, cherries and 3/4 cup coconut.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cup coconut on wax paper.
Drop dough from teaspoon and roll in the coconut.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes.
