Ingredients
- Yellow squash
- Portobello mushrooms
- Fresh tomatoes
- Olive oil
- White wine
- Panko bread crumbs
- Asiago cheese, shredded
- Honey mustard dressing
- Cracked pepper
- Garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. cook squash in microwave until almost tender.
Saute mushroom slices in olive oil, pepper, and garlic. Add small amount of white wine and cook down.
Chop tomatoes. Mix in mushrooms, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, and honey mustard dressing.
Stuff squash.
Brush aluminum foil with olive oil. Place squash on foil and wrap.
Cook on grill until squash is done and cheese is melted.
