Ingredients
- 6 c all purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 c crisco vegetable shortening
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, baking powder & salt three times into a large bowl.
NOTE: The secret is sifting it 3 X!
Cut in the shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Store mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 months.
