Ingredients
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 C milk - mix milk and water together
- 1/3 C water
- 1/3 C drippings or oil

Step 1
Sift flour and salt into a bowl. In another bowl beat eggs until light, add milk/water. Add egg-milk-water mixture to flour mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Preheat popover pan and drippings to very hot. Pour in batter and bake in hot oven 425 30-35 minutes. (Puffs up while baking, settles when removed from oven.
