Ingredients

• 1/2 lb almond paste (press into measuring cup)
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well – sugar & almond paste, add unbeaten egg whites – mix well.
Roll teaspoon full in pine nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on medium to high shelf on parchment paper
