Ingredients
- 1/4 c white wine or apple juice
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 chicken brest halves

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except chicken in shallow glass dish. Add chicken, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
Place chicken and marinade in a 10 inch nonstick skillet. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Remove chicken; keep warm. Bring marinade to a boil. Boil until liquid is reduced by half. Pour over chicken
