Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs new red potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup buttermilk, heated
- 2 tbs. salted butter
- 2 tbs minced fresh chives or parsley (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In pot, bring potatoes and enough salted water to cover to a boil. Let simmer 12 min. or until tender. Drain; return to pot. Add buttermilk and butter; mash to desired consistency. Add chives. Season with salt and pepper.
