Tex-Mex Taco Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups instant rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup cheese dip
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in large skillet. Add chili powder, broth and water; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice and cheese dip; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.
