Turkey Cranberry Wreath

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp honey Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 cups (12 ounces) chopped cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 3 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine all ingredients (except rolls) and mix well.

Scoop filling evenly over desired ship.

Bake 25-30 min. or until golden brown.
