Low Carb Hot Cocoa - very good

Ingredients

  • 3 cups half and half
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons Splenda
  • extra cream for whipped topping (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat half and half in saucepan over medium heat, add cocoa and Splenda, whisking continuously. Do not allow to come to a boil. Add whipped cream for garnish if desired.

* Half and half has carbs, try whipping cream.
