Ingredients
- 3 to 4 bunches of fresh peeled carrots
- 2 TBSP extra virgin
- 2 TBSP honey
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 450
cut carrots in thirds, cross wise on sharp diagonal
bring salted water to a boil in large pot with steamer basket and let carrots steam until just tender- about 5 minutes
drain and place in bowl to toss with oil, honey, salt and pepper
place carrots on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes
loosen them from baking sheet with spatula
