Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew beef
- 3 cups potatoes, diced
- 3 cups sliced carrots
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 stalk celery with top, chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 large onion, quartered

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut stew meat into large, bite sized cubes
2. Put all ingredients into slow cooker, in order listed, season with salt and pepper
3. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours
Add 1 can Campbell's mushroom gravy during the last hour
