Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz) pkg bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers (mixed red & green)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook sausage, peppers and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Combine sausage mixture, hash brown potatoes and 1 1/2 cups of cheese together and spread into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper, and eggs. Pour over other ingredients in baking dish.
3. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake additional 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
