- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 2 CUP SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR
- 3 CUPS FLAKED COCONUT
- 1/3 CUP SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and coconut. shape onto 3/4 inch balls. chill until firm.
place chocolate chips in a small heavy duty, zip-lock plastic bag and seal. Submerge in hot water until chocolate melts. Snip tiny hole in one corner of bag and drizzle chocolate over coconut balls. let candles stand until firm. store in refrigerator.
