Ingredients

  • 1 15 1 15

    1 15 oz can black beans

  • 1 15 1 15

    1 15 oz can of low sodium sweet corn

  • 1 10 1 10

    1 10 oz can regular Rotel

  • 1 1

    1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 1

    1 avocado diced

  • 1/4 1/4

    1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions

Drain & rinse black beans & corn; add in Rotel and cumin and mix well. Toss in avocado and cilantro if used and serve.
