Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef or ground beef
  • 2 med onions chopped
  • 1 28 oz can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 14 oz can beef broth
  • 14 oz water
  • 2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups potatoes diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

brown meat,Put in crock pot
add onions,tomatoes, beef broth, garlice powder, potatoes,and water
cook on high until potatoes are tender
add vegetables, cook until vegetables are done
