Pickled Peach Salad by Sarah Nell

If you like pickled peaches (Sunshine Brand in a jar) you will LOVE this....

Ingredients

• 1 small box lemon jello
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 cup peach juice
• 1 pkg plain gelatin
• 1 jar spiced/pickled peaches cut up
• 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, sliced
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in water. Dissolve gelatin in peach juice. Combine these mixtures and add other ingredients. Refrigerate....soooooooooo good.

I use Sunshine Pickled peaches in the jar...Usually only find them around Thanksgiving.
