Ingredients
- Chia Seed Pudding:
- 2 1/4 cups nut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons Raw Honey
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 2/3 cups Chia Seeds
- Nut Milk:
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup raw pecans
- 3 tablespoons Raw Honey

Preparation
Step 1
1. Nut Milk: Combine ingredients and soak overnight. After soaking, process in electric mixer until smooth. Strain off nut pieces and refrigerate milk for up to one week.
2. Chia Seed Pudding: Combine first five ingredients and beat until smooth. Add chia seeds and stir rapidly with whisk for 5 minutes. It is important to stir well, so you don’t have lumpy pudding. Cool in the refrigerator and serve chilled. Enjoy!
