- Prime Rib Rub
- Brown Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- BBQ Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Remover membrane from underside of the ribs.
Rub entire rack with Prime Rib Rub, salt, pepper and brown sugar.
Cook in smoker on 200 to 225 degrees for 4-6 hours.
Mop one side of rack with BBQ every hour.
Use fruitwood, oak, or Hickery smoke.
