  • Prime Rib Rub

  • Brown Sugar

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • BBQ Sauce

Directions

Remover membrane from underside of the ribs. Rub entire rack with Prime Rib Rub, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Cook in smoker on 200 to 225 degrees for 4-6 hours. Mop one side of rack with BBQ every hour. Use fruitwood, oak, or Hickery smoke.
