Ingredients
- 1 12-cup pot very strong chocolate coffee
- 2 lbs. light brown sugar
- 4-6 T vanilla extract
- 1 bottle 190 proof Clear Springs or Everclear
Preparation
Step 1
Bring coffee to a boil in dutch oven or large pot. Gradually add brown sugar and return to a boil stirring constantly. Let cool until room temp.
When completely cool, add the vanilla and 190 proof. It is ready to serve.
TIPS:
-When brewing coffee, make sure it is really strong by doubling the amount of coffee required to make a regular pot of coffee.
-Save your liquor bottle so you have something to store the Kahlua in.
