Ingredients
- 1 large block of cheese (approx. 33.5 oz.) I use medium cheese
- 1 8oz. block of cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup chopped jalapeños
- 2/3 cup chopped green olives
- 1 4oz. can of chopped black olives
- 2 can chopped green chilies drained
- 1 cup of your favorite toasted nuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Roll block of cheese out on parchment paper in a rectangular shape approx. 9 x 13.
Spread softened cream cheese over rolled out block cheese. Spread the next 4 ingredients on top of the cream cheese. Fold each side to middle creating a roll.
Refrigerate overnight. Trim ends and add toasted nuts before serving with your favorite crackers. (I roll it in tin foil)
