Mom's easy casserole recipe

Ingredients

• 1 zucchini
• 3 eggs
• 1 box spinach, thawed
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup Bisquik

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in pyrex pan and bake until it browns.
About 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees
