CHOCOLATE CHINESE HAYSTACKS

Use peanut butter chips and Dry Roasted Peanuts or shelled Spanish peanuts

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 2 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 c. cashews

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips in heavy saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles and nuts quickly to coat. Dip out by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool.
