cups graham cracker crumbs (add a bit more for thicker crust)
packages cream cheese
cups light whipping cream
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine crust items and press into bottom and sides of pan. Go about half way up the sides of the pan and make sure to press in tight with no holes. Beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowel until creamy, then add sugar and beat in. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each. Gently pour in whipping cream and stir until blended. Pour mixture into pan, it should fill to the top of most cheesecake pans. Bake at 450 for 15 min. Then reduce heat to 300 and bake for 1 hr and 10 minutes. Note: if you have left over filling, you can put it in a small oven safe bowl and bake for an extra treat.
