Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz). Pkg coleslaw mix
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice in the water as directed
In a bowl combine the cooked rice, hamburger, celery, onion, salt and eggs until we'll blended
Spray a 12" skillet with Pam. To the pan add 3 cups of the coleslaw mix
Top with the meat- rice mixture and spread with back of spoon
Top with remaining coleslaw mix
Mix together the tomato sauce, brown sugar and vinegar
Spoon over top layer
Cover the skillet and cook over med heat for 10 minutes
Uncover and cook additional 10-12. Minutes or until beef is cooked through
Cut into wedges
