Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hazelnuts, chopped
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. confectioner's sugar
  • Splash vanilla extract
  • Splash Frangelico and/or dark rum

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Add liquor and vanilla to taste.

2. Use immediately or store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
