Chicken Spectacular

Delicious chicken casserole, can cure any ailment.

From the Cotton Country Collection Cookbook by the Junior League of Monroe Louisiana, entry by Mrs. John Smith & Mrs. Naomi E. Crawford of Winnfield, Louisiana.

Ingredients

• 3 cups cooked chicken
• 1 package Uncle Ben's Wild and White Rice mix, cooked
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 medium jar sliced pimientos
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 cups French style green beans, drained
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 can water chestnuts, diced
• Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2.5 or 3 quart casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. To freeze do not cook prior to freezing.
