Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Mazola margarine or
  • butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups of pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked (9") pastry shell

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl stir together the first five ingredients untill well blend. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350? oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
