Ingredients
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t salt
- 2 T cocoa
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t soda
- 1/4 c red food color

Bake in 2-9" pans @350 for 25-30 min.
