BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz can no salt added tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 T dry mustard
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1 T milk chili powder
  • 2 T chopped yellow onion
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 C water
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all indredienst well; simmer for 25 minutes. Careful, this is a ploppy sauce, and it will bubble and splash. Keep refeigereated for up to 10 days.
