Brunch Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4-5 eggs
  • 7 pieces of bread, crust removed
  • 1/2 - 1 lb cooked sausage
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheese
  • green pepper, onion, mushrooms optional

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and milk. Add seasoning and rest of ingredients. Refrigerate overnight in buttered dish. Bake at 350 for a hour. First 45 minutes covered.
